• Autidly provides software services to construction contractors. Our system automates subcontractor compliance tracking by reading uploaded documents, extracting expiry dates, and sending automated reminders.
• Our customers are construction businesses, contractors, and firms that hire subcontractors. We do not sell services directly to individual subcontractors.

• Access to Autidly is provided on a subscription basis.
• Subscriptions are billed automatically each month via Stripe.
• Payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.
• If a payment fails, we may suspend access until payment is resolved.

• Customers can cancel at any time through their account settings.
• Service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
• No partial refunds will be issued for unused periods.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts in cases of misuse, non-payment, or breach of these Terms.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring all uploaded documents are valid and accurate.
• Autidly provides automation tools, but final responsibility for compliance checks remains with the customer.
• Customers must not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.

• Autidly is provided “as is.” We make no guarantees that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
• We are not liable for losses or damages resulting from reliance on the service, including where subcontractor documents are invalid, missing, or expired.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the right to upload and process subcontractor documents.
