Welcome to Autidly. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) set out the rules for using our software and services. By subscribing to or using Autidly, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. About Us
- Autidly provides software services to construction contractors. Our system automates subcontractor compliance tracking by reading uploaded documents, extracting expiry dates, and sending automated reminders.
- Our customers are construction businesses, contractors, and firms that hire subcontractors. We do not sell services directly to individual subcontractors.
2. Subscriptions and Payments
- Access to Autidly is provided on a subscription basis.
- Subscriptions are billed automatically each month via Stripe.
- Payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.
- If a payment fails, we may suspend access until payment is resolved.
3. Cancellations and Termination
- Customers can cancel at any time through their account settings.
- Service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
- No partial refunds will be issued for unused periods.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts in cases of misuse, non-payment, or breach of these Terms.
4. Use of the Service
- Customers are responsible for ensuring all uploaded documents are valid and accurate.
- Autidly provides automation tools, but final responsibility for compliance checks remains with the customer.
- Customers must not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.
5. Liability
- Autidly is provided “as is.” We make no guarantees that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
- We are not liable for losses or damages resulting from reliance on the service, including where subcontractor documents are invalid, missing, or expired.
- Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
6. Data and Privacy
We process customer and subcontractor data in line with our Privacy Policy
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the right to upload and process subcontractor documents.
7. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may update the service and these Terms from time to time.
Customers will be notified of material changes, and continued use of the service after changes means acceptance of the new Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
